Hai Hanting quickly gave instructions to his secretary, then followed Qin Hao to a skyscraper near the coast. They looked out toward the sea, which appeared calm and still, without even a breeze. If not for Qin Hao's warning, Hai Hanting would have thought someone was playing a prank on him.
